Parent Survey

We are excited to begin our journey in “Growing an Educational Legacy for Generations,” and as stakeholders of our school we want you to be a part of building our vision for our students and our learning community. We ask that you take time to complete the survey below in order to provide us with valuable ideas and feedback. The survey has 5 sections: an about me section and four sections that look at a specific aspect of building a school vision (see image below). NOTE: Only the first question is required to have an answer. You may skip questions and answer the ones you are most passionate about. We ask that all responses be submitted by May, 30 2019.
