Below are the procedures for turning in items that students need to return to the campus before the end of the year. The drop off location for these items will be the same as the food distribution location. Turn right into the campus and follow the cones to the drop off location near the CTE entrance doors.
Library books: Monday and Wednesday (5/18, 5/20, 5/27) 8 am-12 pm
Teacher Classroom books: Monday and Wednesday (5/18, 5/20, 5/27) 8 am-12 pm. There should be a note on the front of the book labeling the teacher the book was borrowed from.
Textbooks: Monday and Wednesday (5/18, 5/20, 5/27) 8 am-12 pm
Chromebooks (laptops)/CISD Technology: Monday and Wednesday (5/18, 5/20, 5/27) 8 am-12 pm. Students who checked out technology before or during the “stay at home” order must return technology before May 29th.
Theater Items: Mr. Meador will contact theater students to return items.
Choir: Mr. Smith will contact choir students how and when to return dresses and tuxedos.
Band: The band directors will contact band students to return items to the band hall.
Orchestra: Mr. Larsen will contact orchestra students if they have items to return.
Athletics: Coaches have sent out guidelines and reminders about dropping off equipment and picking up items left in lockers. The location for pick-up and drop-off is by the locker rooms. If you didn’t get an email or notification from the coach, please email Coach Jackson (email@example.com) or the specific coach.
Academic Lockers: Monday and Wednesday (5/18, 5/20, 5/27) 8 am-12 pm. We had a very limited number of students request an academic locker this school year. Most students will not have a locker for their academic classes.
Note that May 25th is a holiday and the campus will be closed. No drop-off or pick-up of items on this day.
In addition, if you have an questions or concerns, there is an Administrator answering and returning phone calls Tuesdays and Thursdays until May 28th. Please call the main school number (281-939-0000) if you need information or email them directly.
