If you would like to request a student locker in our academic wing, please fill out the online form here using your Conroe ISD username and password:

  • USERNAME: Generally, the first fiive (5) letters of your last name followed by the first three (3) letters of you first name. Example: smithcha for Charles Smith.
  • PASSWORD: stu followed by the six (6) digit student ID number. Example: stu123456
