Medication on Campus
If you are needing to check in medication(s) to the clinic for this school year, please click the signup genius link below to designate a day/time to come by. Please comment with your child’s name on the sign up (no one will see yours or your child’s name when you sign up except for the clinic staff).
Please bring with you any medical alert forms signed and dated for the 2020-2021 school year by your physician for any medications pertaining to asthma, allergies, diabetes, seizures, etc.
NEW THIS YEAR – Any medications used to treat symptoms consistent with COVID-19 such as cough, shortness of breath, headache, sore throat, and body aches will not be administered without a current healthcare provider’s note. This would include metered dose inhalers, cough and cold medications, cough drops, acetaminophen, ibuprofen, etc. At this time, nebulized medications will NOT be administered during the school day at all.
