In accordance with the Texas Open Records Act and the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, student academic records are classified as confidential, and may be released only with student or guardian’s written authorization and signature. Please make your request on the form below for authorization and allow 3-5 business days for processing.

After September 1, 2023 graduates will officially become an alumnus for CISD. If you need a transcript sent after that time, please refer to the Alumni Students Section to the right.

Students who are requesting transcripts for college applications are reminded that they will need to place that request via their Naviance account. Instructions for that process can be found on the CCC Canvas page or you can visit the CCC in person for additional assistance.

Conroe ISD has partnered with Parchment, a leader in e Transcript exchange, to send high school transcripts and graduation verifications electronically, securely and confidentially to destinations of your choice. This service is available online, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Alumni students simply request a transcript and designate the academic institution, organization, or individual they would like to receive it. You will be notified via email when your request is complete and you can also track the status of your request.

Third Party Enrollment and Graduation Verification requests are also made via Parchment by selecting the school link below. We no longer process these requests via phone or email.
