Senior Graduation Slideshow Pictures Submission Deadline -May 9

• Prior to the start of our 2025 graduation ceremony, the pavilion will play a
  slideshow of our students

Senior Walk/Clap-Out - May 13

• Seniors report to the Auditorium immediately after 3rd period finals

• Staff and Students will line up inside the building. Students will walk the school and exit for Parent Clap Out outside the building

• Parents will line up outside and around the building (no parents will be allowed inside the building)

Senior Sunset - May 13 from 8:08 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

• Seniors should arrive at 7:30 p.m.

Senior Picnic and Sign Day - May 14 at 10:45 a.m., after final exams

Senior Feeder Walks - May 15

• Seniors may visit the following schools for the feeder walks and are encouraged to wear their cap & gown.

  • Birnham Woods Elementary - May 15 at 8:30 a.m.

    • Broadway Elementary - May 15 at 8:30 a.m.

    • Ford Elementary - May 15 at 8:30 a.m.

    • Snyder Elementary - May 15 at 8:30 a.m.

    • Cox Intermediate - May 15 at 9:45 a.m.

    • Clark Intermediate - May 15 at 9:45 a.m.

    • York Junior High - May 15 at 10:45 a.m.

Senior Mandatory Graduation Practice - May 16

• All graduating seniors are REQUIRED to attend

• All graduating seniors should report to Gym 1 before 8:00 a.m.

• Seniors are encouraged to wear their senior shirt, a Grand Oaks' shirt, or school colors to graduation practice

• Seniors must be present at practice to receive their tickets for graduation after practice has ended

• Students who want to ensure their name is pronounced correctly, please see Dr. Amos or Mrs. Stadick

Senior dues are optional and paying senior dues is not a graduation requirement. Senior Dues will be available for payment via School Cash Online. Senior dues do not cover the cost of the cap and gown, graduation invitations, Operation Graduation tickets, etc. These items must be paid for separately. Senior items are non-refundable.

This year we are offering two options for Senior Dues. The items listed below may be paid for collectively by November 5th or January 7th at reduced package rates. Or, these items and event tickets may be purchased a la carte. Please note some event tickets may not be sold at the door.
